Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up

Jack's Pumpkin Pop-Up is an all ages, outdoor event located at 265 W Le Moyne St, in Chicago. Jack’s Pumpkin Pop-Up has over 10,000 pumpkins decorating the property along with gorgeous photo ops, Chicago's biggest corn maze, Axe Throwing, Games, food trucks, and even full bars for the adults!

Open from mid-September through Halloween, Jack’s tickets are on the pricier side, starting at 22 dollars a ticket for Children and Adults. Kids 4 and under are free.

Weekends can be pretty busy and there may be lines to take pictures so if you can swing a weekday that’s the way to go. I also recommend going in the evening rather than the day as the lights are so gorgeous and really make for a beautiful backdrop in your photos.

Food is pricey so to save money I recommend dinner or snacks before you go. There is a plethora of free street parking surrounding Jack’s that is available on a first come first serve basis. We had to walk quite a bit once we found a spot so keep that in mind. Also be careful to put all valuable items in your trunk!

My kids (ages 10 & 8) loved the corn maze and seeing the giant set ups for photo ops. They also loved getting to pick a pumpkin to take home with them. They weren’t really big fans of waiting in line for some of the more popular photo ops and wished there were more things to actually play on, so you may want to keep that in mind for younger kids with less patience.
